Sunday, November 30th, 2008We all have some great ideas floating around in our heads. We probably even act on some of those ideas that we think have real character and a chance to make our dreams come true!
I think that coming up with the idea is the easy part - it’s what you do from there that will determine the success or failure of your business. There are of course many different factors that could influence the results you get and the ultimate outcome of your business idea.
I have just gone through this exercise with one of my more recent ideas and think this approach merits serious consideration. It really does make sense, especially if you want to end up with a business that you can work “on” rather than work “in”. This is how to do it: (more…)
