End of the Beginning (339 days to go)
It’s the last day of the month today. In the sales world that usually means a great rush to find any revenue you can to meet your sales target. I did just that today and boy did I smash it. I think I deserve it though because I have really been putting in 100% every day this whole month.
I’m also really excited because I have begun to start putting into action, a business idea I have been thinking about for a while. I am meeting with a software developer tomorrow to gauge his level of interest and committment. As I don’t have much capital to invest in this stage, I am going to be leveraging my idea to get other people’s time and capital in return for shares in the company.
I’m not going to talk about the idea in detail at this stage as, even though I don’t think any one is reading this yet, I still like to keep new things to myself. I do feel that I am becoming much more open with the sharing of knowledge.
I believe this is due to the open nature of many blogs that I have read lately. It appears that there are a lot of people who are freely talking about their ideas and what has worked for them. Ultimately, that’s the purpose of this blog - to help others also achieve great success in their lives.
